When I started with Sara I could not do a push up let alone push weights.  We started with the basics – holds, crawls, and most importantly core!  Now I can deadlift 125 lbs!  One of my biggest wins is around flexibility and strength, I can go from sitting on the floor to standing without holding on to anything. I could barely hold a plank at first but now I can do 10 full push ups with great form.
I have lost around 30 lbs even with all the muscle gains but I still have about 20 to lose according to the BMI. 
Honestly, I don’t care about the weight, I feel strong and healthy! My clothes fit great and I can hit a softball farther than I ever have and I have been playing for 20 years!
Sara is fierce!  She comes across as this lovely sweet little thing but she practices what she preaches and she doesn’t let you fail!  She holds you accountable and truly wants you to succeed and meet your goals!

"I saw Sara because I wanted to learn how to use nutrition to support my Anxiety, Depression and a variety of other difficult symptoms I used to experience daily. I didn't know what to expect, I had come to adapt to a lot of discomforts throughout my daily life. She pointed out that I may have a condition called candida.
